Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites.
- Conduct routine inspections on the vehicle to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while on the road and at work sites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding schedules and loading/unloading procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving time, materials transported, and other relevant information.
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the truck.
Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
Qualifications:
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to various job sites.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
