Long-standing construction firm seeks an accountable superintendent to supervise the new construction of a 3-story, 60-unit apartment building in Ticonderoga. The superintendent is the sole, daily company representative on-site managing/coordinating sub-contractors (we do not self perform work) to keep the project on schedule, on budget, and OSHA compliant/safe. Daily photos and reports in Procore are required each day. The hours are long, but good compensation/benefits/management support.
-Prior experience with NYS HCR projects is a plus.
-Familiarity with Procore is a plus.
-Spanish/Portuguese language communications abilities is a plus.
-The ability to perform accurate lumber/trim quantity take-offs is a plus
