For a limited time, Vanguard Construction and Roofing will be interviewing potential candidates for this opportunity to be professionally trained by owner/CEO Jim Staats to custom build from the ground up and roof historical structures. This is not YouTube learning! Staats recently had to tear down and rebuild a structure that someone thought they could do by looking on line. Candidates must be honest, trustworthy and not afraid of physical work. Starting pay will be $18-22 per hour and more if one has proper training...we don't want to retrain people.
