We are currently seeking experienced, reliable, and professional subcontractors to partner
with our team for ongoing residential and commercial restoration projects. If you are a specialist
in disaster mitigation and reconstruction, we want to hear from you.
Types of Trades Needed:
*Water Mitigation: Extraction, structural drying, and demolition.
*Mold Remediation: Containment, HEPA vacuuming, and antimicrobial treatments.
*Reconstruction: Drywall/paint, flooring installation, and trim carpentry.
*Specialized Services: Plumbers and licensed electricians for emergency repairs.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in the restoration or construction industry.
*Must carry active General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance.
*Reliable transportation and your own professional-grade equipment/tools.
*Professional demeanor and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
*Ability to respond to emergency calls is a major plus.
*Knowledge of Xactimate or industry-standard documentation is preferred but not required.
