We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team Property Management Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all residential and commercial units, as well as tools and equipment to support the organization's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs and maintenance for residential rental apartments as well as commercial units we manage
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC system inspections, filter changes, and equipment lubrication
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and other building systems
- Perform general carpentry work including repairing doors, windows, walls, and floors
- Inspect and maintain fire protection systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management
- Fabricate parts using various tools and techniques
- Supervise external contractors during maintenance projects
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
- Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
