I built this from a kit manufactured by Real Good Toys and sold by The Little Dollhouse Company. This is from their "Quick Build" collection, meaning that most of the preliminary and detail work is professionally done, so putting it together was straightforward. This method removes the aggravation usually associated with dollhouse construction, but at a price ( The kit sold for $345 10 years ago ). The result is a a high quality heirloom toy. The last two pictures are of the actual dollhouse offered for sale.

My granddaughters enjoyed this for many years but now they want iPhones :-(

Also included but not shown is a large collection of scale furniture pieces which provide hours of fun. This means you can present this to your special child on Christmas morning,and it's ready to play with.
