Moderately cleaned inside and out (dust blown out, brushed, vacuumed — everywhere reachable without full disassembly).
Drive has been zero‑wiped.
Before wiping, it booted into Windows XP and ran without issue.

CPU: Intel Celeron 1.4 GHz (Tualatin)
RAM: 128 MB
Storage: 40 GB IDE HDD
Optical: 1 × CD‑RW
Floppy: Yes
Expansion: 3 × PCI slots (see note below)

Note:
The top PCI slot is fine — there is a PCI modem installed and screwed in normally.
The lower two PCI slots were cut/mangled by a previous owner. I bent the metal back as best I could. Cards can still be inserted, but cannot be screwed down without modification.

Boots to BIOS without issue

Good candidate for Windows 98/2000/XP build or for someone desiring a Tualatin board & CPU
