Modified smith machine/cage
This started as a smith machine, but I hated bench pressing with the limited movement, so I removed the smith bars (both vertical and the horizontal weight bar) and used standard weight holders on the uprights with the bench (with some hole drilling where I wanted to use them). Will come with all the original pieces and I can explain how to get it back together if that’s what you want.
Has a pull down pulley (for triceps extensions and pull downs, etc.) and a lower pulley (for rowing, etc.) attached to a weight holder (for Olympic sized weights).
Comes with wide pull-down bar, narrow triceps extension bar, rope pull, and various additional straps (back, hand-held, etc.).
You will need to come and take it apart in my basement so that you will be able to put it back together at the other end. I can help but if you want to keep the pulley connected parts together you will need two people to get that piece out (depending on your strength, you and I may be able to get that part up, but it is heavy and unwieldy to move and I don’t want to damage the stairs or floor as we take it out).
