This is T4 PLUS Overland tent which is the larger, deluxe version of the Gazelle T4 Tent. I bought this 4 years ago as an upgrade for a friend and I to camp at a weekend swap meet we attended every year in PA. We used this only THREE times before health issues have made him unable to attend anymore. Tent was always properly dried before being put away, always stored inside in mouse free area and has never been near a campfire that might cause pinholes. It is in excellent, like new condition. It sells for $750 on Amazon, Home Depot, Sportsmans Warehouse, etc. Includes setup manual, stakes and ropes, ground cover, fly, storage duffle, and extra rope/tie downs. I bought this as it provided lots of room for our cots and gear, was super easy to set up and since we are both over 6' it has lots of headroom and actually has two rooms! It is packed with features and you will find multiple videos on YouTube outlining why it is top rated and showing setup. It is sold as an 8 person tent but realistically it would be best for 4 or less if you want to keep your gear inside and space between you.
