This is not a standing-and-printing production line job. You will work directly with the owner via Zoom, loading rolls of wallpaper and producing precise color options using Photoshop and the printer’s own software. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow exact instructions.
What we need:
Hands-on experience running an HP Latex 700W (or very similar large-format latex printer)
Comfortable working in Photoshop plus the printer’s native software
Able to perform routine maintenance (jet cleaning, clog prevention, etc.)
Detail-oriented and reliable - this is a precision role
Software or engineering background preferred (we are NOT looking for art-school or design backgrounds)
Willing to work on-site in Valatie, NY - zero work-from-home - dependable transportation required.
Location: Valatie, NY (warehouse halfway between Hudson and Albany)

We are looking for someone who wants long-term stability. If it is the right fit, we offer full-time employment with paid vacation, 100% company-paid health insurance, and 401(k).
We are especially interested in candidates who may have been laid off from a software/engineering role and are looking for something more secure and hands-on. Knowledge of AI is NOT REQUIRED.
If you know how to run this machine and can prove it in an interview, we want to talk to you. We do not have budget to train someone who has never used this equipment.
