I’m a mason by trade, but it’s winter time and I’m thinking that perhaps I do some basement finishing.
This is what I’m thinking,

I’m good for framing, running wire, insulating, drywall, ceilings, plastering (maybe you get someone else to plaster, we can talk about it), painting… why hire a painter, I’m pretty good, but hey you could hire out for that too…. I’ll do moldings, I can set up televisions, surround sounds?
You want custom work done? Not a problem, what are you thinking?
Bathroom? Plumbing? Tile?
Well, like running wire, I can run wire, but I’m not an electrician, who will need to go over everything and set you up with some new breakers. I’m not much of a plumbing guy, but if you can’t tell, do I generally know what I’m doing? Yes! Hahaha
I’m good for a shower, I can do the demolition for the plumbing for the shower or bathtub and the toilet. But to run the plumbing, might want a plumber. Unless you want to pay me to figure it out…. Not dumb, just blonde.
Same goes for heating and cooling duct work, who really understands the thermostat though? That’s the question, I can probably figure it out though or you can just have someone else do it.
I have a business, but I prefer to work for cash this winter. I’m thinking a daily or weekly “pay as you/we go” type deal. I don’t think you’ll find a better price for the service I offer. If you have a project you want to get started, I can definitely get you started. I draw, design and have no problem handling basic layouts and ideas.
I have someone that said something a couple years ago, I have to find their number, only looking for one customer really, these can be big projects. Let me know and I’ll come take a look and we can get some preliminary ideas and perhaps even an estimate.
