Job Description

Salary: $109,000 / year + benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you are the driving force behind daily security operions, ensuring the safety and well-being of the people and places you protect. You will lead from the front-guiding, developing, and motiving your team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage scheduling: Leverage AI-powered technology to effectively schedule security officers, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
• Lead and Develop Security Teams: Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relions
• Enhance Client Relionships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service th protects people and property
• Handle Security Incidents and Emergencies: Respond to escaled issues professionally, coordining with clients and internal teams
• Direct Compliance and Security Operional Excellence: Oversee training, safety, and site operional standards as well as managing inventory (uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies)

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operions, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relionships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordinion
• Proven ability to evalue situions, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner
• Proficiency in web-based applicions and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to communice effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operional excellence
• Financial acumen; able to manage staffing levels while minimizing non-billed overtime and managing turnover costs; planning and organizing skills to control costs reled to inventory (uniforms, equipment, etc.)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• College degree in Business Administrion or a law enforcement-reled field
• Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience
• American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Internional Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certificion
• Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience
• Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administrion
• Gradue of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)
