I’m a 25 year old male living near Philmont. I’m interested in house sitting for someone this winter. I want to work on honing my music production capabilities, uninterrupted. Need to make noise at any hour.
Also interested in renting, but ideally a larger space like a whole house, if not too expensive.
January-April would be ideal, but very flexible with that.
