I'm a healthy, energetic man over 70 who works part-time at GE ARC. In two months, I'll be relocating closer to 1 Research Circle. The majority of apartment complexes seem pretty "sterile" to me, and I want to spend some time with and interact with other knowledgeable, well-informed people. I like to cook, but not always, so having access to a kitchen is ideal. I am willing and able to assist with normal housework, shopping, and other related tasks. I have decent hotspot connectivity in case I need it, but having access to internet services is useful. I prefer to listen to classical, jazz, folk, and similar music through a headphone, thus I'm looking for a smoke-free, generally peaceful setting. I like to travel for leisure, and I normally make a few trips a year, mainly to see my son in California.
