Hi, I am working on getting a large apartment in May.
and creating a working man rooming house to save money on rent.
I don't know location in Schdy yet or rent, it depends on number of people.
Ideally, a 3BR with 4-6 people.
For people who are respectful, chill, get along, responsible, able to communicate about common areas (bathroom/kitchen) and sharing resources if / when harder times approach.
The idea is to pay low low rent and remain stable.
We can discuss Time share/sleeping rooms or shared rooms whatever works best.
Will be bipoc mostly and all are welcome.
