I've got a large upstairs bedroom available in a great house near Taft Hill and Prospect. One of my roommates just moved out, so the room is available now. The house is a tri-level with a large garage, large front yard, and a fenced in back yard. Located near the Spring Creek Trail, with neighborhood trails from the house all the way to Foretooth/Maxwell(great for biking, running, hiking etc).
A little about us:
I'm 40, a professional Geographer, and am very active (love to whitewater kayak, mountain bike, snowboard, travel).
We're both very friendly and easy to get along with and looking for a roommate who's the same. We like to be active and have fun and keep the house a relaxing and peaceful place to come home to every day.
There is one pet at the house, my cat Mr. D. This is Mr. D's house, and he wants everyone to know it. So unfortunately no other pets.
