One room is available. A small, furnished room on the third floor costs $130.00 per week or $550.00 per month. The main entrance is accessible via foot.
I always give priority to current residents when larger rooms become available.
Weekly renters pay the first and last week's rent before moving in.
Monthly renters are required to pay the entire month's rent plus one week's rent before they may move in.
There is a table, light, chair, dresser, and bed in every room.
Each floor of these three-story brownstone buildings has four rooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen in the basement. The kitchen and restrooms are shared by the other men in the building. No pets, no air conditioning, and no guests while you're away.
