Looking for a one floor home in Saratoga NY (Saratoga County)

I'm in need of a home in Saratoga by my doctors and outpatient bone and joint rehab and I will need to sell my house to purchase your house. The transaction would be a contigency. I'm having a hard time with realtors flipping, not showing so they can buy at a lower price or they have a waiting list a mile long. I'm not looking for a $500k up home because I cannot afford that amount and this is why I can't get my hands on it because they get bought fast. I can't sell my home then buy it because I have my dogs who are like my kids to me and an exotic bird. I also have 3 generation of items in my house from people who passed in my family and wouldn't fit in an apartment. I do not want a home with a lot of repairs, no neighbors on top of one another and land my dogs can run in a backyard. I would like a garage for my vehicle. No trailers or modular, wood and stick only with a solid foundation and full basement. If you can help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Regards.
