Jaguar Lightweight E-type 1964, Signed Limited Edition Print - $1,000

This is a rare print of a very rare Jaguar--the Lightweight E-type--a variant of the iconic E-type. Only 12 Lightweight E-types were produced in 1964. An additional 6 were made via Jaguar Heritage in 2014. The print, dated 1995, is signed by the artist, J J Francois and is numbered 90/500 from a limited series edition. The paper it is printed on is of very good quality. The cut-away drawing is remarkable in the detail of the construction and inner workings of this classic race car.
In a tribute, the bottom left hand corner lists those responsible for the the development of the E-type--Sir William Lyons, William Heynes, F.R.W. Lofty England, Malcom Sayer, & Bill Wilkinson. Under this is the edition number--90/500.
The print was purchased from ATS in March 1996 (see photo of receipt). The print has a copyright of 1995, JJ Francois (artist),(see photo just in front of the right rear wheel below Team ATS Paris). The edition signature of the artist, JJ Francois is located on the lower right corner.
The print is much much nicer than the photographs.
