Chevy 454 motor has 38,788 original miles

HANDYMAN SPECIAL OR FOR PARTS!
"AS IS" WITH CLEAN TITLE. WHOEVER TAKES IT WILL NEED TO SIGN A BILL OF SALE FOR THE TRANSFER.
NEED IT REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
WILL NEED TO BE TOWED

Roof leaks around both air conditioners in the front and back of the rv so there is water damage to the ceiling (SEE PHOTOS)
No water damage to dinette, sofa, swivel chairs. mattresses for twin beds everyhing has been covered to protect it.
Upholstery is clean, no rips or tears.
Stove, refrigerator, microwave, furnace, hot water all worked last time it was used.

NEW BATTERY last summer, was running and moved it into the driveway from another location on the property but now it won't start not sure why and don't have the time to figure it out. Just looking for someone to take it off our hands.
TIRES are holding air but are worn (SEE PHOTOS)
