We are a property management company looking for someone to perform tasks. Some examples include picking up orders at hardware stores and dropping them off at properties, picking up/sending mail, take photos of vacant units, perform inspections, make copies of keys etc. This individual will be a 1099 contractor and NOT an employee. They will be required to pass drug screening and background check prior to being assigned any tasks. Must be local to the area.
