2016 Eric Clapton Signature Strat in mint condition.
If you've never played one of these, think of it as a Strat on steroids. It has a perfect combination of active electronics and Fender's noiseless pickups. The bottom tone knob has a mid-range boost circuit that has a thick overdrive sound. Whether you're playing clean or lead, just a touch of the knob boosts like an overdrive with sustain that rivals any humbucker. And it still manages all the Strat tones you expect from a Clapton guitar. The 9V battery that powers the circuit is neatly located behind the back plate, near the trem block... so it's easy to access (doesn't require a string change!). Another interesting thing about the guitar is that it comes with a blocked trem from the factory. The wood block can easily be removed to activate the trem.
I currently have two of these. You can be the beneficiary of my purge. These are $2300 new. This one is in perfect condition. It comes with a soft case.
