Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license required; experience driving a truck with trailer is a plus.
Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and non-routine hours, with minimal absences.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow the direction of the Crew Leader.
Ability to lift and carry 50-90 lbs on a regular basis.
Attention to detail and ability to perform precise work.
Experience with pavement striping equipment is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Job Duties:
Drive work truck with trailer to and from job sites.
Prepare parking lots and roadways for striping operations using backpack blowers and other equipment.
Assist with layout and installation of parking lot striping, handicap markings, stencils, crosswalks, and other pavement markings.
Load, unload, clean, and maintain striping equipment and materials.
Assist with traffic control and job site safety when required.
Maintain a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and meet company standards.
About the Position:
A-Line Striping is seeking a dependable individual to join our pavement marking crew. This is a physically demanding outdoor position that offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade. No prior striping experience is required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
