Job Type:Part-Time
Pay: $35 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining residential and/or commercial properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Inspect properties to identify issues and prevent future problems
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Handle basic landscaping and exterior upkeep if needed
Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
Requirements
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Strong problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions
