Evergreen invites you to become part of our statewide network of independent service partners, committed to delivering property services efficiently and on time while helping Evergreen bring a shine to communities.
We are looking for contractors who have experience in:
• Full property preservation
• General maintenance and repairs
• Occupied maintenance, Turns, Rehab and Renovation (Must have GC license)
• Specialized services from licensed contractors (roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
What you’ll need:
• Preservation tools & cleaning supplies
• Landscaping equipment
• Truck & trailer
• Generator, air compressor, and standalone gauge
• Common preservation materials (HUD locks, tarps, lumber, RV antifreeze, etc.)
To ensure a seamless partnership, we require potential vendors to have an Aspen Grove ABC number (with IC01 status) and maintain a general liability insurance policy of $1 million.
