Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew
Perform and oversee lawn care, planting, pruning, and property maintenance
Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites
Communicate with management and clients as needed
Maintain equipment and job site organization
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, MVR will be run
Ability to work Monday–Saturday as needed, starting at 7:00 am
40+ hours per week
Experience driving a truck and trailer, including backing up
Positive attitude, adaptability, and leadership mindset
Nice to have
Experience with commercial mowers and landscaping equipment
Crew leadership experience
Plant or horticulture knowledge
Basic mechanical skills
