ELGION Management LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our property management team as a Part-Time Apartment Cleaner.
Please Note: We are looking for an individual employee, not a cleaning company or cleaning service.
Job Responsibilities
Cleaning apartment units during tenant turnovers
Cleaning common areas of apartment buildings
Assisting with cleaning projects at renovation and new construction sites
Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout our residential properties
Following company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and supplies
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation to our office location
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and work ethic
Position Details
Part-Time Position
Flexible Schedule
Approximately 80–85 hours per month
Hourly pay based on experience
All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
Company vehicle provided for travel between properties
Our properties are located throughout Rensselaer County and Southern Albany County, and a company vehicle will be available for use while traveling between job sites.
