Full time maintenance personnel needed for daily walk throughs of commercial properties, checking to make sure all systems are functioning properly, the following but not limited to - any repair work that is needed, basic light electrical such as replacing outlets, changing light bulbs, light ballasts etc, as well as light plumbing, fixing leaks etc. minor sheet-rocking on occasion, painting as needed and projects, checking drains, stairwells, cleanup etc., cleaning as needed.
