14K Gold & Diamond Heart Pendant - $250

The chain is 18 inches long. Both chain and pendant are marked 14K (see photo).
I have been asked by a few people if the diamonds are real. The back of the pendant has a diamond shape stamp as indicated in the last photo with red arrow. I assume this means diamond and perhaps the numbers are weight. I am not a gemologist. The necklace was a gift.
