I am selling my 1.85 carat Amora gem solitaire engagement ring (size 5) which is set in a 14k white gold 6-prong solitaire setting. The ring is absolutely breathtaking; a complete show stopper! I am only selling it because I am divorced and no longer have a need to hang onto it.
The stone is an 'E' color, Ideal cut, with a clarity of VVS2. This is a round brilliant stone, which also presents with the 'hearts and arrows' pattern due to the precision of the ideal cut. It has a faceted girdle (64 facets).
I am including the original report that came with the stone (see pictures) along with the ring box.
I wore this ring for less than 1 year, and it is in perfect condition! The white gold setting is still very shiny; no scratches or nicks. There are no signs of wear or use- it looks completely brand new.
I have had my stone evaluated by several gemologists and have been told that this Amora gem looks exactly like a real diamond. This is not a cubic zirconia or a diamond substitute; it is a naturally occurring gem stone which (according to gemologist reports and laboratory comparisons) has more fire and radiance than a diamond. Gentlemen, if you're looking to get engaged soon and your sweetheart has her eyes set on a 2 carat solitaire, this will blow her away! It is a 1.85 carat, however visibly presents as a 2 carat due to the high color grade and cut.
I am asking $2,200 for the ring (Amora gem lab report and ring box included).
