I am a 55 year old guy with great paying job $75k + a year (Truck Driver) for 8 yrs at my job. I'm looking to rent a small house or a nice updated apartment, with an in unit washer and dryer or laundry in building. I have no criminal history and I've been at the same rented house for 8 yrs. I'm looking for a place to rent, with my credit being low I have a co signer if that helps with being approved. I'm clean, responsible and organized. Rent range is $1100 - $1500 a month. Off street parking. Areas of interest are Schenectady, Amsterdam Rotterdam.
