Apt for mature persons, good credit, rental references (Albany)

2 mature related persons with good credit, good rental history, and current rental insurance, seeking short or long term (up to 1 yr) apartment for February 1st.
We are seeking 2 bedroom apartment but would settle for one bedroom apartment that can accommodate a second person ( i.e sufficient square footage to fit a sleeper sofa). We are willing to pay $1200 to $1400 per month and $500 security deposit to move in. However, if you require a full months security deposit it will need to be split over 3 months, as we need to retain sufficient cash to accommodate all of our moving cost. We require Apt to be walking distance to bus line or grocery store. Albany or Guilderland area preferred but not required. Please provide address of property in response, so I can use Google maps to view the neighborhood, and distance to grocery store and busline. Thanks.
