I have had this about 8 years but only used about 10 times. we went to no carpet. Issues with machine: I think needs new switch and I don't have desire to get fixed. Here is what it does: the switch that controls fluid stays on and doesn't shut off. I did whole house and was not a problem because if you keep it moving it will suck up the fluid. Not many hours on this machine. It comes with the hand wand and hose: all in good condition
