This excellent price is due to the fact that item needs a thorough cleaning to remove pet hair from some areas (please see images).
No pet of any kind has ever trod upon, or 'soiled' this sofa. The area in the image marked by the arrows is the area of greatest need. All pet hair is strictly environmental.
A person with the necessary time, effort and determination could easily and effectively clean this entire unit by hand using a Lilly Brush or similar tool to manually remove pet hair from any offending surface. A professional cleaning is recommended; many pro's provide FREE ESTIMATES with a simple phone call.
The cushion covers are removable and washable.
Even if left as-is and without a pro-cleaning, this sectional could easily be utilized in a rec-room/man-cave/kids-clubhouse setting, where it would hold up very nicely.
Aside from pet hair in some areas, this sectional sofa is in excellent condition, both aesthetically and structurally. There are ZERO RIPS or TEARS, and the cushions are in decent shape.
