I have a New Futon by Laurel Foundry Modern Farmhouse sold on Wayfair for sale- NEW in the box -unassembled. GRAY! Reasonable offers accepted. I purchased two of these and only ended up using one. It is very solid. The color is simple so that it will go with most everything. The two storage drawers below are a plus for storing pillows. Would be a great purchase for an airbnb a lake house. VERY COMFORTABLE - FROM WHAT GUESTS HAVE TOLD ME.

ASSEMBLY WAS NOT EASY - YOU DO NEED TO BE A PRETTY HANDY PERSON TO GET IT TOGETHER - but once it is put together - you will love it - VERY SOLID piece!
