We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaning and maintenance person for a busy café in downtown Albany. This is an immediate-need position for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and can work independently.
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, trash)
Sweeping and mopping floors throughout the café
Wiping down tables, counters, chairs, and common areas
Emptying trash and replacing liners
Light maintenance and upkeep (spot cleaning walls, doors, baseboards, etc.)
Restocking restroom supplies as needed
Keeping back-of-house areas clean and organized
Notifying management of any maintenance or repair issues
Requirements:
Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
Must be dependable and able to work without supervision
Prior cleaning experience preferred (restaurant or café a plus)
Must be able to start immediately
Attention to detail and strong work ethic required
Compensation:
20 per hour
