2017 BMW M2 46k Manual - $40,000 (East Greenbush)

The car is in very good condition, with some cosmetic defects and no known mechanical defects. Cosmetically. There are minimal scratches, rock chips and some blemishes in the paint protective film (PPF). Refer to the photos for noted blemishes. Rear tires will need to be replaced soon.
Mechanically, the car is sound and does not leak any oil or coolant. I have maintained this vehicle meticulously at the correct intervals using only OE parts and fluids. No expense has been spared. Please see my maintenance log below.
The car was tastefully specified by the original owner, including a slick top roof, no parking sensors or driving aids, but includes BMW convenience package (keyless entry) and heated front seats.
Notable upgrades include:
- PPF on the front bumper, hood, front and rear quarter panels, mirrors, and rocker panels.
- Genuine BMW 763m wheels from the M2 CS
- An upgraded charge pipe and intercooler (both are weak points in stock form)
- Genuine BMW M performance coilovers
- Dinan exhaust (I have the original stock exhaust and will include in the sale)

It will be sad to let this car go as it has been the best car I have ever owned. But, I am curious to try other vehicles and do not have the ability to store an additional car.
The price is $40,000 firm, cash or certified bank check (bank check shall be cleared together at my local bank). To the best of my knowledge, I have disclosed all know defects and the car is being sold as-is.
