Snow tires are in fair condition and are on vehicle. Also, comes with two all-season tires that are in fair condition. Rust around a couple of the wheel wells; one is worse than the other. Something recently broke in area of front driver’s side wheel. Drivable but not safe until it’s fixed. Substantial undercarriage rust. The latter two issues are the reasons for the low price .
