this is my 1999 VW Volkswagon Cabrio Convertible that I have owned since 2017 and has been serviced by Hackels VW in Albany NY. I hadnt driven it in a couple years so moved it out to the end of the driveway to sell. I tried turning it over last week but nothing happened - tried replacing the battery and still nothing so it might be the starter or something minor - I would normally have it towed to Hackels and it is usually a quick fix but I dont want to spend the money so the $1000 price reflects that so it will have ot be towed or bring a truck. If I do have to get it fixed at Hackels the price will go up to $1500. Otherwise I will just put it in storage somewhere.

I had the transmission replaced in 2018 at great expense so you dont have to worry about that. Power windows work, I replaced the cassette with a panel that has bluetooth and Apple Carplay. The hood latch is a little wonky but if you line it up manually it closes.

This is a very fun car - I enjoyed it a lot but time to move on. $1000 firm as is. If you are even slightly mechanically inclined this is a steal.
