Here's one for those who enjoy the history of The City Of Troy, New York or enthusiasts of The Hudson River Transportation History.
As much as I love this in my own storefront window , I believe it would be better suited for a shop window , storefront , business in Downtown Troy , New York , or even possibly a museum.
This ship is 100% custom designed and built from scratch, It is not a model kit. The attention to detail is amazing and must be seen in person.
This is an amazing replica of "The City Of Troy" side-wheeler steam ship that traveled up and down the Hudson River up until it's demise in 1907 when it burned in Dobbs Ferry , New York.
This was built by a gentleman from Clifton Park whom was a master woodworker and handmade all of his own furniture , picture frames , carved animals ,shelving , vehicles, and all types of other wood creations.
It measures 36" long x approx. 24" tall at the top of the masts. It sits on it's own custom base which is signed and dated by the builder.
