I bought this coat new at M. Solomon's in Colonie Center when in my late teens.
The cape part covers the sleeves, a little like an ulster coat, but not exactly. It is not a cape, just has the look of a cape. The design from the bust down is full, like a cape.
Small. Measures 20 inches pit to pit and it is 44 inches long.
Downsizing.
