Western Flyer tandem bicycle - $110 (Albany)

Vintage bike, for sale as is, as pictured. I think it’s a 1960s or 1970s model. This is a project or parts bike. It is mostly original paint, but it looks like someone did some touch up red at some point (see overspray on the wheels). Most of the original parts are still there. One of the seats was swapped with a (pretty nice) Persons brand leather seat. It does not have a kickstand and one of the chainguards is missing. It is a 3 speed, but I have not tried shifting it. The shifter and brake cable are there, but may need rerouting or adjustment. The tires hold air but they are in rough shape and probably not safe to ride on.
I have not done any work on the bike. I have only dusted it off so far. This is a project bike. If you actually intend to ride it, it will need new tubes/tires, cleaning, adjustments, a full tune-up, lubrication, possibly replacement parts, etc.
I’m including free delivery, within a reasonable distance. I’m happy to travel further, we just might need to factor in some gas money.
