Vintage Cloth "Apple Head" Doll - $15

Sitting doll approx 7"H
This is a nice example of a cloth apple head doll. The body of the doll is all handmade, clothing form other cloth remnants. A carved and dried apple was used as the head. The doll has an elaborate outfit with a taffeta dress adorned with lace to match the edges of the cotton slip and bloomers under the dress. She wears a beautiful red velvet cape with hood and holds a spray of silk flowers. The real leather boots are hand sewn. The body feels like a suede material.
