This antique metal sifter has a black wood knob turn handle, three blades which turn easily to sift dry ingredients. On the metal is stamped “patented July 15, 1913” and the name New Rival. The screen is fully intact. The sifter can be used (and it works perfectly!) or displayed as an antique. The diameter of the bottom is just 5 inches wide so it sits nicely on small curio shelf.
