This beautiful serving set belonged to my grand aunt born in 1905. It is in excellent condition though she used the coffee pot and cake plate often. Unbelievably there are NO chips on any of the pieces, but there is slight wearing of the gold trim paint on the coffee pot handle. See close up photo of pot’s handle. I used this set often when I still entertained and I know you can safely pour scalding hot coffee from your Mr Coffee machine or percolator into this decorative coffee pot.
