Fantech make up air unit, we ordered this unit for the HVAC system on a new commercial building, unfortunately the crawl space wasn't sufficient in size to accommodate the unit. It was a special order item so we couldn't take it back. Willing to take a hit on price since we can't use it, the unit has never once been hooked up. Available for inspection any time prior to purchase, unit is in storage in Latham, asking $2500
