Approximately 1 hour to Gore Mountain, 2.5 hours to Lake Placid and 2.75 hours to Whiteface plus ice fishing right out the front door. Secluded location off a private road. Heat and hot water included in the rent, tenant pays for electricity, Spectrum internet & cable TV service and snowplowing. Propane gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. Washer & dryer in the basement. Large wrap around deck with gas grill and 2 picnic tables. Combination of hardwood, ceramic tile and carpeted floors. Window A/C units.
