We have many apartments available now where SUNY Albany students love to live. The rents are a little over $500 per tenant in a 3-BR or larger apartment, slightly more for a 2-BR or a 1-family home. Utilities are not included. All of our apartments are within walking distance to the downtown SUNY Albany campus. Most have laundry service in the building at no additional charge. We are student friendly landlords from the neighborhood who has been renting quality apartments for over 2 decades.
One of us is a UAlbany alumni who is sensitive to students' needs by being in your very same shoes in the very same neighborhood that you want to live in.
Here is what sets us apart from most landlords in this city. We are hands on landlords who have mastered the skilled trades. If you meet with any other landlord you will notice that they are typically well dressed with a nice non-work vehicle who often refers to "employees" or "my guy" will take care of that. Well, we both have Ford F150 work trucks, and have Carhartt clothes as our 3-piece suit. Here are some of the credentials of at lease one if not both landlords:
-City of Albany Licensed Master Electrician
-Plumber
-Heating Contractor
-Framer
-General Contractor
One of us is a combat veteran with the US Armed Forces.
You would be hard pressed to find more competent, caring landlords who actually maintains our buildings, as well as treating you fairly, with respect, gives you your privacy, and tells you the truth. You will have no problems with things breaking in your apartment that don't get fixed in a timely manner.
