My name is Yves and I live in the Montreal area in the province of Quebec, Canada. We have very few black walnut trees in this area and I know of no one else in this area who picks walnuts. I really like them for the meats and I had the idea 2 years ago to use the shells to get my pick-up truck out of an icy rut....and it works great.

So to make a story short, I have started selling black walnut shells as a traction aid (see attached picture). People are skeptical but I have hope. I will try to sell them to trucking companies and others.... Anyway, if ever sales pick up, I will rapidly use up my stock and I will need to buy shells from others.

So, if you pick black walnuts for the nutmeats and you trow away the shells, maybe we can work out an arrangement. I am especially keen on cleanliness. I have fabricated a little machine which cleans the nut with a high pressure washer.

So, If you are at all interested in this, write me back and we can see what we can work out. This may sound a little strange to you, but icy roads are a common occurence here and these shells really work.

I am unable to tell you EXACTLY what stores have which toys, but I do know that there are shipments in route. Due to high demand, stores are having difficulty keeping Zhu Zhu Pets on the shelves. I recommend checking back with your local retailers frequently to see if they have Zhu Zhu Pets in stock.

We are aware of Ebay and amazon.com selling Zhu Zhu Pets for more than their suggested retail price. However, we can not prevent them from doing this, as they are third party sellers. Please know that we are not associated with these unauthorized re-sellers in anyway and can not influence their return policies. Do NOT overpay! The good news is the more product we ship to the retail shelves, the less value the product has on .com sites and the prices should correct themselves. Goods are being shipped. We have over 2 million hamsters on the way that will hit store shelves before Christmas�with the majority of them going to Wal Mart and Toys R Us.
