My name is Ben and I'm studying abroad next semester and would like to sublet my apartment for this upcoming spring semester (spring 2010). My room is quite spacious, more so than the many other rooms I've looked at while apartment hunting. There is 1 bathroom, coin washer and dryer, and a comfortable living room with a wood floor. My room actually has the door to our porch (we're on the second floor), and I can leave my desk if you need it.
The apartment is easily within walking distance to RPI's campus with about a 5 minute walk to the Union.
I have 3 other roommates studying engineering who are great outgoing guys.
The the $350/mo covers your water and garbage. Other than that, we only pay Time Warner for cable and internet which is $25/person and National Grid which supplies our electricity and gas.
